Placement test day and a nip into Harajuku

I've not done too much because of my placement text (which was awful by the way) but here is a picture of a fancy Keio University lecture theatre;

Incase you're at all interested, decided to take a photographic tour of my walk to University. This is only the final part of my commute, from Tamachi station to the University.

Off the train and out of the station (hopefully this will give you some more idea of just how busy rush hour Tokyo is! Not for the claustrophobic. And oh, get used to having your face pressed into a lot of smelly armpits on the jam-packed train..)

Through a side street;

Past a Macudonarudo's!

Onto the main street, with Tokyo Tower in the distance;

Take a left at the second crossing;

Cross the road and go straight down the street, until turning right into the main gate entrance to the University;

Through the gate and into campus!

Spent a few hours in Harajuku this afternoon, definitely going back someday soon for a proper day out around. It's definitely my Tokyo! Felt more at home here anyway so I can't wait to go back and explore!
